CAPSULE ONE '25 - SHIPPING TIMES / ITEM DELIVERIES

After a particular product in its own color/size is sold out, customers will still have the ability to purchase their desired product for PREORDER. All Items that are On-Hand will be shipped no later than 1-2 weeks after the initial purchase date. We are classified as a small business, and due to these circumstances...we do ask that all customers wait 5-10 business days before items ship out. We give this time frame based off of the owner of the business's life and unexpected delays with USPS shipping, etc. For any questions regarding your order, please contact us after your purchase has been made via our customer support email:

CAPSULE ONE PREORDER PRODUCTS & TURN AROUND TIMES 

GARDENER DENIM SHORTS : EXPECTED TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALL CUSTOMERS BY AUG. 27th, 2025 ( UPDATES WILL BE POSTED EVERY WEEK ON OUR INSTAGRAM STORIES AND POLICIES PAGE UNTIL ALL ORDERS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED )

Preorders will be collected on all sizes of our Gardener Denim Shorts from Thursday, July 31st - Friday Aug. 10th. Production on all Preorders have already starting begun starting since Wednesday, July 30th and is still in production which takes approximately 3-5 business weeks for production to be completely finished (times may be quicker depending on the amount of orders). Once all orders are completed, it will take approximately 1.5 weeks for orders to deliver to Cozed Headquarters. Once all orders have been delivered to our shipping facility, they will then all be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail to all customers and will be expected to deliver within 3-5 business days (International Orders will take 10-15 business days).

When will my order ship?

[Pre-order] Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your order to ship to you since most of our products will fall in this category.

[Pre-made] Please allow at least 1-2 weeks. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation at the time your order is shipped that includes your tracking number.

Please note: tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to update to its next scan location and not all shipping methods have step by step tracking. Unfortunately, we are not able to upgrade a shipping method once an order has been placed.

When will I get my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address used to purchase at the time your order is complete.

Your confirmation email will include:

  • Line detail of the items ordered
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Shipping method selected
  • Digital download links (if applicable)

If you have not received your order confirmation within a few minutes of a successful order, please check your junk or spam folders and make sure your email address was entered correctly.

If the confirmation email is still not found in your inbox and/or you may have entered your email address incorrectly, reach out to our customer service team and we'd be happy to look into it for you and get this fixed!

My order hasn't shipped. Why was I charged?

All orders are charged in full at the time you place your order. For security and compliance reasons we do not keep payment information or credit card data on file.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Please check our shipping policy for more details on specific locations.

 

Refunds:

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, due to our all sales are final policy. So please be sure that you are ordering the correct product variant; size, color, etc.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any pre-production items.

There are no refunds or exchanges on discounted or sale items. 

 

Damages and issues:

PLEASE inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at cozedapparel@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If needed, we will correct any mistakes made on behalf of Cozed.
